I'm unsure where it's coming from, as whenever I dry it out and check, the lining all up the left and right (mostly left) side is saturated and dripping with water, but I can't peel it back to check how it's getting in. If it is the weather strip seal then remove it and see if the metal rib that supports it is deformed and needs to be bent a little to move the weatherstrip into a tighter position. The wheel well has some condensation/moisture in it but no pooling. . Needless to say it results in wet boot carpets and when I took up the back seat there was water there too.
